Email Hosting FAQ

Pars Data regards Administrative email the same as name of the site. For example, if your site is pouya.com, your Administrative email is pouyacom@pouya.com.
After login, click user administration by entering admin options section.
Yes, Administrative emails can administer other emails or create Administrative email.
No, it is not possible to rename the email address and should create address again.
With regard to host plan (windows, Linux), you should enter your control panels.
Admin account is inactive by default and you should request the support section by sending a ticket or email.

In case of using Linux service, use following template considering that it has two mail servers:

After opening web page of the mail, you should enter full user name and password. Username means email address which should be completely entered.

In case of using smarter mail server, enter your webmail and select account setting and compose. Select option Unicode (UTF-8) in field relating to text encoding.

Yes, in order not to disconnect your emails, you should create your emails in server of Pars Data before changing NSs of you domain. In order to create your emails in server of Pars Data before changing NSs of you domain, you can use IP of Pars Data. You should ask you control panel IP support section and create your emails after entering control panel. By changing NSs of you domain, letters will be received in Pars Data server and users can send and receive their letters by referring to webmail of your site in windows (for example http://mail.pouya.com ) and in Linux (for example http://www.pouya.com/squirrelmail.

In windows hosting service: enter prefix mail before name of domain: http://mail.pouya.com
In Linux hosting service: enter squirremail before name of domain: http:// squirrelmail.pouya.com
Consider both as equal to name of your site with prefix mail: example:

Incoming mail (Pop3): mail.behrooz.com
Outgoing mail (SMTP): mail. Behrooz.com
Yes, this action is done by control panel and you can create, delete other emails and change passwords and administrate them.
The emails which are defined virtually and with which we can’t send emails.
For example, create an email with name of pouya, since the sender may spell it by mistake (for example send to poya or puya), you can define any email which may be sent by mistake as Alias.
These emails are created and administered by Administrative email. In order to create Alias, click Alias Administration by entering Administration.
It means referring received letters to one or more emails. Enter one or more emails in email forwarding and separate them with comma. For example, you can forward your received letters to other emails in hotmail, Gmail, yahoo etc. for this purpose, enter one or more emails I email forwarding section and separate it with comma (,).
Yes, in order to leave one copy of letters in Inbox, enter characters (.,) in email forwarding before destination emails.
Yes, when administrative email creates an email, it can determine the maximum space and number of received letters.
Unlimited email means that you can create email account unlimitedly.

Then in text encoding part choose the Unicode utf-8 option and save it.
